Senior Solution Specialist

TEAM DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION:
As a Senior Solution Specialist, you will support Basware employees globally and manage operational tasks related to Business and Enterprise Solutions, both individually and as part of a team. You will take ownership of your assigned responsibilities, ensuring the seamless operation of digital support and services.
Additionally, you will collaborate with Solution Managers within the Enterprise Solutions team as part of virtual teams.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in IT support operations and a broad understanding of company IT infrastructure services including network, servers, client devices, and applications. You should be experienced in:

• Active Directory Domain and related services, with proficiency in managing Windows operating systems and client management.
• Client/Server administration, along with providing hardware and software support.
• Managing access rights (such as configuring access cards and setting file/printer permissions) and collaborating with vendors on incident management, escalations, and change requests.
• Familiarity with cloud computing services such as Azure is a plus, as is knowledge of Linux and MacBook systems.
  
  
  

You will be working in a virtual team responsible for productivity and collaboration services. You should have experience in:

• Microsoft 365 (M365) services,
• MS Teams and Voice Services,
• MS CoPilot,
• Power Platform administration, and
• Meeting room AV solutions.
  

You should be able to maintain best practices for system and service management across various environments. Experience working in shifts and in multinational companies is essential.
