Job Description

As a Presales Technical Consultant, your primary responsibility will be delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients. You will be conducting research into the industry, including competitor research, to stay ahead of market trends. Your role will involve encouraging clients to consider extras, upgrades, and other services based on your comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered.
Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying new markets or clients to engage with, leveraging your knowledge of the industry and the needs of the users. Addressing end clients and various partners such as channel partners, system integrators, solution partners, service providers, and consultants will be a key aspect of your role.

Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping them achieve their targets. Your leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills will be essential in effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients.
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate a keen interest and understanding of the industry, particularly in technology-related sectors. Your ability to conduct thorough research and stay updated on industry developments will set you apart. Strong problem-solving skills, time management, and organizational abilities are key attributes for success in this position.
Moreover, your expertise in Hardware and Networking concepts, as well as your knowledge of Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Android, iOS, Antivirus, DLP, MDM, and Remote technologies, will be valuable assets. You should also be capable of leading a team of L1 engineers, preparing technical documents, and evaluating and comparing different solutions within the same league.
