Job Description

    As a Technical Support Representative at our company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about IT support and enjoy problem-solving.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, or chat promptly and professionally.
    - Offer initial technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
    - Record and manage customer problems and solutions using ticketing systems.
    - Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
    - Assist customers in troubleshooting and using products effectively.
    - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
    - Keep abreast of company products, services, and support policies.
    Qualifications Required:
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
    - Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and networking principles.
    - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer needs.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    - Team player with a willingness to learn.
