Profile : Finance Director
Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Experience : 1218 years of experience in finance, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or manufacturing industry preferred. Proven track record in managing financial operations of high-value businesses.
Location : Jaipur (Raj.)
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute the companys long-term financial strategy.
- Provide financial insights to support business expansion, new projects, and investments.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models aligned with growth plans.
Financial Management & Control:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, billing, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets, particularly precious inventory (gold, diamonds, gemstones).
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, BIS norms).
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and monitor financial performance.
Treasury & Fund Management:
- Manage working capital, cash flows, and credit facilities.
- Optimize utilization of funds for operations, expansion, and investments.
- Build relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
Costing & Profitability:
- Monitor production and operational costs to improve margins.
- Conduct pricing analysis for jewellery products across categories.
- Support business units with cost-benefit analysis for projects and campaigns.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Drive adoption of ERP/accounting systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Foster a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and accountability.
