Experience in plant /factory operations , compliance & administrative affairs of the plant.
Must give inputs to improve performance and production output if needed.
Experience in managing / administering a SME sized factory.
Hindi speaking is must.
1. Co-ordination between plant and HO
2. Responsible for commercial negotiations and execution
3. Overseeing / Auditing on a weekly basis.
4. Interaction with various external government agencies.
