Associate, Treasury and Banking (Retainer - 12 months)

JD - Treasury and Banking

1. Preparing and maintaining Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and passing necessary entries for month-end closing activities.
2. Booking batch entries for vendor payment processing in the accounting system.
3. Reviewing uploaded payments to ensure accuracy and proper approvals.
4. Preparing vendor payment reports as per management or departmental requirements.
5. Preparing fund transfer sheets for transferring funds from BDO Collection Account to BISPL.
6. Handling day-to-day vendor payment follow-ups and responding to vendor queries (Treasury ID Mail).
7. Sending payment advice to the concerned person/vendor after payment processing.
