• Associate – AIF Operations (Role & Responsibility but is not limited to)

• Basic knowledge of AIF.
• Managing AIF bank transactions.
• AIF account opening.
• AIF documentation (as required by the client).
• AIF billings & recovery.
• Managing client calls.
• Managing the TAT of T+0 , T+1 depending upon the nature of the transaction.
• Contribution agreement signing.
• Arranging Trust Deed registration at PAN India level.
