IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter--Freshers Or Experience In Vaishali

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various technical positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closure of open positions.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Understand job descriptions (JDs) and hiring requirements from clients or hiring managers.
2. Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
3. Perform Boolean searches and use relevant keywords to identify suitable candidates.
4. Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
5. Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability, interest, communication skills, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
7. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
8. Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS reports.
9. Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.
10. Ensure regular follow-ups until candidate joining.
11. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
12. Achieve assigned recruitment targets and position closures within defined timelines.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
