Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging video editing workshops using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut for students.
• Mentor 10-20 learners per batch on techniques like motion graphics, color grading, VFX, and social media optimization (Instagram Reels, YouTube).
• Create project-based curriculum tied to real-world EdTech needs (e.g., promotional videos, course teasers).
• 
  Provide personalized feedback, portfolio reviews, and career guidance for placements in media/EdTech.
• Collaborate with marketing team to produce high-impact videos for Beats social channels.
• Track student progress, certify completions, and iterate sessions based on feedback.

What Were Looking For:

• Expert in professional editing software with a strong portfolio (share links!).
• Proven mentoring experience; passion for teaching beginners to pros.
• Knowledge of trends in short-form video, AI editing tools (e.g., Runway ML).
