About The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in software or technology-driven environments and will be responsible for converting business goals into actionable technical requirements, performing deep-dive data investigations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate high-level business objectives into structured, clear, and actionable technical specifications.
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis using SQL and other analytical tools to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to ensure accurate requirement implementation.
• Utilize AI tools, APIs, and cloud-based architecture knowledge (AWS preferred) to support business analysis and solution design.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Support continuous process improvements and promote best practices within the team.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and testing cycles to ensure alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into detailed technical requirements.
• Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, and cloud architectures (AWS preferred).
• Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices
