We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Manager to join our BEEAH Abu Dhabi team. This role is responsible for managing the execution of waste management operational activities related to service provision including sweeping, waste collection, cleaning services, special urban cleaning interventions, cleaning campaigns, and other services as per the contract requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee waste collection and cleaning operations, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
• 
  Monitor KPIs to ensure contractual targets are met and penalties are avoided.
• Develop, execute, and review monthly operational plans; investigate delays and implement corrective actions.
• Improve operational efficiency through route reviews, resource planning, and staff development.
• Manage team performance, attendance, and operational budgets.
• Ensure timely reporting and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Enforce strict HSE standards and respond promptly to incidents, hazards, or audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to align support with operational needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale municipal waste management operations.
• Proven expertise in MSW operations (city cleaning, waste collection & transport), especially within the GCC region.

  Get Hired
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
• PMP, Operations Management, or internationally recognized Waste Management certifications are a plus.

• Operational Planning & Execution Ability to develop, implement, and monitor large-scale waste management plans efficiently.
• Team Leadership & Performance Management Skilled in leading diverse teams, setting objectives, and managing performance.
• Client Relationship Management Strong interpersonal skills to maintain and enhance client satisfaction, especially with government entities like Tadweer.
• Budgeting & Cost Control Proficient in managing operational budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• HSE Compliance & Risk Management Deep understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and ensuring team compliance.
• Bilingual Communication (English & Arabic) Essential for effective coordination across stakeholders in the GCC region.
