Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Understand the companys service offerings, positioning, and target audience across different geographies.
- Design full-funnel paid media strategies for lead generation and revenue growth.
- Build market-specific strategies for USA, UK, and Australia considering audience behaviour, seasonality, and compliance nuances.
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, ABM campaigns)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting.
- Continuously optimise for CPL, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and manage tracking systems (GA4, conversion tracking, pixels, offline conversion imports).
- Build dashboards and provide actionable insights (not just data).
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend strategic pivots.
- Work closely with sales to ensure marketing-qualified leads convert into revenue.
Market & Audience Intelligence
- Develop deep understanding of B2B and/or service-sector buyer journeys.
- Adapt messaging and targeting based on geographical nuances (USA vs UK vs Australia).
- Conduct competitor and keyword research for international markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
- Provide input on landing page optimisation and funnel improvements.
- Support brand positioning through data-driven insights.
Key Skills and Experience:

- 58 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns in at least one (preferably more) of these markets:
- USA
- UK
- Australia
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads (advanced keyword strategy & optimisation)
- LinkedIn Ads (B2B targeting & lead gen)
- Meta Ads (full funnel performance campaigns)
- Experience in service industry or marketing agency environment.
- Strong understanding of:
- B2B lead generation funnels
- Attribution models
- Budget allocation & scaling strategies
- Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM integrations).
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong business acumen.
