About the Opportunity:

Selected MTs will work across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, gaining exposure to:
- Large-scale real estate projects
- Revenue strategy & execution
- P&L ownership
- Customer lifecycle management
Functional Exposure:
- Sales: Channel management, direct sales strategy, high-value deal closures, customer acquisition.
- Marketing: Campaign planning, digital strategy, brand positioning, demand generation.
- Operations: Project coordination, execution oversight, process optimization, cross-functional alignment.
You will not be confined to one narrow role - you will be developed as a future business leader with end-to-end business understanding.
