Hubbell Engineering located in Ascendas, ITPL,Chennai, is engaged in the business of computer aided design and engineering services. The Hubbell Business Solutions functions at Infopark Kochi, provide superior business intelligence, knowledge services and business process solutions across Hubbell divisions and Corporate. IT Services team is spread across Chennai and Kochi.

Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced business analyst to join our IT organization as a team lead. This position will focus on leading projects with a hands-on approach and be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data and insights delivered to organizational partners. You will directly manage a team of analysts and be expected to own and deliver projects by analyzing large and complex data sets and generating actionable insights that will drive business decisions. This is a “player-coach” role where you will mentor and lead a team while also delivering projects on your own.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Directly lead a team of analysts and coordinate across teams to drive project completion and value delivery.
• Lead project planning and resourcing activities and manage the execution of projects according to plan.
• Serve as primary liaison to U.S. based stakeholders (internal IT and functional business leaders)
• Design and implement workflows and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in data analysis.
• Use statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models and the resulting output that drives business value.
• Ability to translate and convey results to stakeholders and deliver reporting and analysis with MS Power Bi, where required.
• Support Data Management & Analytics team through critical IT and organizational initiatives and transitions.
  

Skills And Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst with experience with Azure application stack (ADLS, Synapse DW, Azure ML, Azure DevOps, Azure Databricks, etc.)
• Ability to analyze different tools and technologies to determine best solutions for integration from an enterprise perspective.
• Experience with SAP S4HANA & understanding of key S4 tables used in downstream reporting and analytics.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Power Platform & Power Bi (M, DAX languages)
• Understanding of data modeling and optimization techniques and best practices
  

Education
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Statistics
