Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ballari for a Finance HR professional. The Finance HR professional will be responsible for managing HR activities, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment, conducting employee orientations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
