Job Description
- As a Faculty Member in Business Analytics and Data Science within the PGPMBA BA&DS Program, you will play a crucial role in delivering advanced and applied content across a wide range of topics, tools, and technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to engage students through lectures, workshops, and practical sessions covering areas such as data visualization tools, statistics, time series analytics, domain-specific analytics, programming, artificial intelligence, cloud deployment, data management, and advanced technologies.
You will be expected to incorporate real-world case studies and industry best practices into the curriculum and stay abreast of emerging trends in analytics and AI to ensure that the program remains cutting-edge. Additionally, you will guide students on capstone projects, case-based assignments, and industry collaborations, as well as mentor them in applying analytics tools to solve real-world business challenges. Collaboration with other faculty members to foster interdisciplinary learning and participation in academic administration and departmental activities are also key aspects of this role.

To qualify for this position, you should hold a Masters/Ph.D. in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Prior teaching experience in higher education is preferred, along with hands-on experience with analytics tools, visualization platforms, and cloud-based solutions. Industry experience in marketing analytics, financial analytics, or related domains is considered an advantage. Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, R, SQL, and statistical tools is required, as well as expertise in machine learning, NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI tools. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP for deployment of analytics and AI solutions is also necessary, along with strong communication, mentorship, and teamwork abilities.,
