Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong command of both static and motion design tools. You will be responsible for crafting engaging graphics and dynamic video content that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
• Edit promotional videos, product reels, brand stories, and explainer videos.
• Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to conceptualize visual content.
• Ensure brand consistency in all creative deliverables.
• Adapt and utilize AI-based tools to speed up design workflows and improve output quality.
• Stay updated with current design and video trends to keep content fresh and impactful.

Skills and Tool Expertise:

Graphic Design

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (Must-have)
• Strong hands-on experience with Canva
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALLE, or similar

Video Editing

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (Preferred)
• Experience with Final Cut Pro (FCP) is an added advantage

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (freelance/project experience also considered)
• A strong portfolio showcasing design work and edited videos (include Behance/Drive/YouTube links)
• Excellent aesthetic sense, color theory, typography, and motion understanding
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
