JOB ROLE:

• Developing, managing, and reviewing HR-related curriculum, resources, and learning materials.
• Continuously improving teaching methods, incorporating industry trends and best practices in HR education.

• Participating in research and scholarly activities to enhance HR education and professional development.
• Creating and utilizing digital learning platforms, case studies, and experiential learning techniques for HR instruction.
• Leading subject coordination, mentoring students, and contributing to faculty and departmental initiatives.
• Teaching courses such as organizational behavior, talent management, employment law, and strategic HR management.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in workforce analytics, HR technology, or diversity and inclusion strategies.

Teaching responsibilities may involve classroom, online, and/or hybrid delivery at the MBA level.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiate and moderate classroom discussions. Plan, evaluate, and revise curriculum and methods of instruction.
• Prepare course materials, such as syllabus, homework assignments, and handouts.
• Keep abreast of developments in the field and participating in professional organizations and conferences.
• Serve on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic issues.
