Job Description
- You will be joining Berger Paints India Limited as a Sales Executive (Off-Roll) in Chennai with a focus on field sales, dealer relationship management, and influencer engagement in the building materials sector. Your role involves driving sales growth, strengthening channel relationships, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include generating and managing primary sales from assigned dealers, monitoring dealer performance, maintaining regular interaction with dealers to address concerns, working closely with influencers to promote secondary sales, conducting site visits to ongoing and new construction sites, and organizing training sessions for dealers and influencers.
You will receive a fixed salary ranging from 14,000 to 16,000 in-hand per month (negotiable based on experience), a monthly working allowance of 5,750, and performance-based incentives of up to 22,500 per month on target achievement.
The ideal candidate for this role is a high-energy individual with a strong interest in field sales and customer relationship management. Preferred experience includes 12+ months in field sales, business development, or project-based selling, while freshers with strong motivation and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred industry backgrounds include Telecom & DTH services, Insurance & Financial products, Consumer Durables, and Building Material Industry. Key skills and attributes sought after include excellent communication and relationship-building skills, self-driven attitude, ability to handle field operations, willingness to travel locally, and strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
