Role Summary

Own the digital brand ecosystem including social media, content strategy, performance marketing, SEO, CRM remarketing, and digital campaigns while supporting the GM Marketing on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand communication strategy.
• Own monthly content calendar and video-first content strategy.
• Lead social media across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.
• Coordinate content production and influencer collaborations.
• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads and optimize campaign performance.
• Coordinate SEO initiatives and website optimization.
• Manage WhatsApp, Email, SMS and CRM remarketing campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects with agencies and internal teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance dashboards.

• Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics
• CRM & WhatsApp Marketing

  Qualifications
• Graduate in Marketing/Business/Communications. MBA preferred. 4–7 years of experience in Brand, Digital or Performance Marketing.
