With over 200 branches across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, and Andhra states, BMG is expanding its operations to establish a Pan India presence with new branches in other states.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant (CA) at Best Money Gold. The CA will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing financial statements, Analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing financial advice to the management. This position is located in Madurai.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights into the

companys financial status.

Auditing: Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and ensure

compliance with policies and procedures.

Taxation: Manage tax planning and compliance, ensuring timely filing of returns and adherence

to tax regulations.

Cost Accounting: Analyze production costs and implement cost-control measures to enhance

profitability.

Risk Assessment: Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding

the companys assets.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, keeping

abreast of any changes in laws that may affect the company.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous

improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the gold trading or commodities

sector.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and auditing standards.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.

Familiarity with the gold trading industry and its financial nuances.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve financial objectives
