Responsibilities:

• Build & Scale the Engineering Team: Own hiring, onboarding, learning & development programs to build top tier engineering team.
• Lead Developer Productivity: Build boilerplates, CI/CD, AI tooling to build tools and processes to improve developer productivity and application delivery processes.
• Hands on lead: Do whatever it takes to help unblock engineering team from time to time to help customers win.
  

Requirements:

• Strong engineering & problem-solving skills (5+ years experience) and delivered top tier engineering products
• Hands-on technical expertise and comfortable with PR reviews, CI/CD, and writing application architecture
• Excellent communicator & team builder Can hire, mentor, and scale teams.
• Passion for AI & automation Experience with AI-driven development is a plus.

• Annual CTC: 28 LPA - 32 LPA
