Role Description:

We are seeking Fund Accounting Managers with 210 years of experience in Fund Accounting, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Capital Calls. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and stakeholder management while ensuring accuracy and compliance in fund accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Manage end-to-end fund accounting operations for Private Equity and Hedge Funds.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of NAV, capital calls, distributions, and financial statements.

- Perform reconciliations including cash, positions, and investor allocations.

- Review journal entries, general ledger postings, and financial reports for accuracy.

- Oversee investor reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and fund agreements.

- Liaise with auditors, custodians, administrators, and internal stakeholders for audits and reporting.

- Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices in fund accounting.

- Mentor and guide junior analysts within the team to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls across fund accounting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting, Hedge Funds, or Private Equity.

- Strong knowledge of capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, and fund structures.

- Proficiency in financial reporting, NAV calculation, and reconciliations.

- Hands-on experience with fund accounting tools and ERP systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder and client management.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
