CPGBuyerAI is an AI-powered buyer discovery and sales intelligence platform built for wine, beer, spirits, and broader CPG brands. We help producers, brand owners, importers, and distributors identify the right buyers, enrich decision-maker data, and convert opportunities into real revenue. CPGBuyerAI is a new venture by Beverage Trade Network (BTN), backed by a global ecosystem of trade shows, competitions, conferences, and media platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support CPGBuyerAIs data intelligence, reporting, and decision-making. This is a hands-on role focused on working with large datasets related to buyers, companies, sales activity, and AI-generated outputs.

You will work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure data is accurate, structured, and actionable. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and turning raw information into clear insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to buyers, companies, leads, and sales activity
• Clean, validate, and standardize data to ensure high accuracy and consistency
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, product, and leadership teams
  
• Track key metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline performance
• Support AI-generated data outputs by validating, scoring, and improving data quality
• Identify trends, anomalies, and insights to support business decisions
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve data structures and workflows
• Document data definitions, processes, and quality checks

Who Were Looking For

• 03 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (fresh graduates welcome)
• Comfortable working with large datasets and structured/unstructured data
• Logical thinker with strong attention to detail
• Able to clearly communicate insights to non-technical teams
• Comfortable working full-time from the Vadodara office
