Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in the Mohali district.

- The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for various HR functions, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration.

- Key day-to-day tasks include supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, providing guidance on company policies, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

- The role requires building relationships across teams and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) processes and best practices.

- Proficiency in implementing, and managing HR policies.

- Knowledge of employee benefits and experience in benefits administration.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Strong understanding of labor laws and demonstrated ability to maintain compliance.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Previous experience of 4 5 required as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
