Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, and the ability to handle day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Work on Tally for routine accounting operations and transaction entries.
• Use MS Excel for maintaining, updating, and managing accounting data.
• Process, verify, and reconcile corporate credit card bills and expenses.
• Maintain and update GCC-related financial and operational data, wherever applicable.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining vouchers, invoices, bills, and other accounting documents.
• Perform regular data verification and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for required financial information and supporting documents.
• Support the Finance & Accounts team with other routine accounting and administrative activities as required.

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of invoice processing, expense management, and account reconciliation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage routine tasks with accuracy and within deadlines.
