Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary-

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with exceptional Excel and data analysis skills to manage the complete financial lifecycle of our offline retail stores and export business. The role requires end-to-end ownership — from payment collection reconciliation to store/export-level profit & loss analysis — ensuring accuracy, transparency, and actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities-

• Finance & Accounting
• Take complete ownership of offline store/export accounts
• Reconcile daily sales, cash, card, UPI, and other payment collections
• Track and validate bank settlements and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure timely and accurate ledger entries
• Reconciliation & Controls
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of store transactions
• Identify variances, shortages, or excesses and coordinate resolution
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Prepare store-wise and region-wise MIS reports
• Analyze sales, margins, expenses, and profitability
• Generate P&L statements for individual offline stores
• Highlight trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
• Excel & Data Management
• Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS– preferred)
• Manage large datasets with high accuracy
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible
• Coordination & Compliance
• Coordinate with store managers, operations, and finance teams
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal financial controls
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

Required Skills & Qualifications-

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

1-5 years experience in accounting, retail finance, or data analysis
