Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe hospital environment by managing housekeeping staff, ensuring infection control standards, and overseeing daily cleaning operations across all hospital areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Plan, organize, and supervise housekeeping activities in wards, OPDs, OTs, ICUs, and common areas
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols
  
• Manage and train housekeeping staff; prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance
  
• Inspect cleanliness standards and take corrective actions as required
