Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Location: Noida (Full-Time, On-Site Only)
Role Overview:
The CMO will architect the marketing roadmap across all brands focusing on customer acquisition, brand building, and digital excellence, working daily with brand and growth teams from Noida HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
Own full-funnel marketing: Awareness ? Acquisition ? Retention.
Build content, performance marketing, SEO, influencer, and PR strategies.
Manage creative storytelling for each brand.
Drive marketing ROI, budget planning, and CAC optimization.

Experience Required:
8+ years in marketing leadership roles.
Experience managing ?1020 Cr+ marketing budgets.
Strong background in premium consumer brands preferred.
