Job Description
- Data engineering professional who is passionate about building scalable data solutions.
- Expertise with relational and nonrelational databases including the aspects like a schema design, query optimization, and security.
- Working closely with the other teams Analytics, Data Science, DevOps and Backend
- A desire to work in a collaborative, intellectually curious environment.
- 6 - 9 years of experience.
- Both Real Time and Batch Data Pipeline experience
- CDC and ETL / ELT Pipelines
- Datawarehouse and DataLake experience
- Proficient in Coding, Algos and SQL / NoSQL query writing.
- Must have experience either on Amazon Cloud Service or Google Cloud Platform.
- REST API Design & Development on scale data
- Handle TBs and PBs of Data in the system.
- Data Validation and Quality Check
- Basic understanding of DevOps or ML would be a plus point.
- Must be Ready to take responsibilities and work in a very fast learning growing environment.
- Data engineering and architecture skills : Data modeling, integration, databases (relational and NoSQL), data warehousing, big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages (Python, Java, SQL), data quality/governance, security/compliance, distributed systems, problem-solving, communication, continuous learning.
- Programming Language : Python / Java
- Database : MySQL / Postgres and MongoDB or Cassandra
- Data Warehouse : Redshift or BigQuery
- Data Lake : AWS S3 or GCP GCS
- Data Engineering Tools : Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow
- Cloud Platform : AWS or Google Cloud
- Reporting Tool : Redash, Metabase, Superset.
