Take ownership of marketing campaigns and have a direct impact on driving customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
Drive sustainable/profitable growth.
Responsibilities will include
Functional Expertise
Plan & execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels - Google Ads,
Facebook Ads, DBM, 3rd party networks etc for BharatPe Merchant App.
Lead online and social media marketing especially App Downloads, engagement campaigns along with search, display, remarketing, Google Adwords, Paid campaigns and other aspects of online marketing.
Understanding of the app ecosystem - Attribution, Tracking & tuning various End-to-End Funnel Metrics & Real-Time ROI measurements right from Traffic Metrics to conversion funnels.
Running experiments on paid digital channels to find incremental value of digital marketing across cohorts of customers.
Monitor and keep track of important funnels and events in Marketing automation setup.
Responsible for end to end campaign management - planning, monitoring, optimization & reporting.
Interaction
Coordinate with the internal product & tech teams for timely execution of all digital marketing tasks and initiatives.
Problem Solving
Designing experiments to improve the overall contribution of digital marketing towards business in a profitable manner.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry)
3-8 years of relevant experience.
Preferred tier 1 pedigree.
Engineering undergrad is preferred.
Skills & know-how
Experience with App first businesses will be an advantage (e-commerce, media & entertainment, fintech).
Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (incrementality) and best practices
Knowledge of Marketing analytics, Attribution and Planning tools (e.g. Appsflyer, Firebase,etc.)
Hands-on experience with Google adwords, Facebook Ads, programmatic & affiliates
Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
Hands-on experience in managing the marketing budget at scale along with the business objectives & KPIs like CPI, CPM, CAC/LTV, Acquisition, Remarketing, Cross-Sell, Up-Sell, etc.
