About the position:

• Data engineering professional who is passionate about building scalable data solutions.
• Expertise with relational and nonrelational databases including the aspects like a schema design, query optimization, and security.
• Working closely with the other teams Analytics, Data Science, DevOps and Backend
• A desire to work in a collaborative, intellectually curious environment.

Requirement:

• 2 - 4 years of experience.
• Both Real Time and Batch Data Pipeline experience
• CDC and ETL / ELT Pipelines
• Datawarehouse and DataLake experience
• Proficient in Coding, Algos and SQL / NoSQL query writing.
• Must have experience either on Amazon Cloud Service or Google Cloud Platform.
• REST API Design & Development on scale data
• Handle TBs and PBs of Data in the system.
• Data Validation and Quality Check
• Basic understanding of DevOps or ML would be a plus point.
• Must be Ready to take responsibilities and work in a very fast learning growing environment.

Skills & know-how:

• Programming Language: Python / Java
• Database: MySQL / Postgres and MongoDB or Cassandra
• Data Warehouse: Redshift or BigQuery
• Data Lake: AWS S3 or GCP GCS
• Data Engineering Tools: Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow
• Cloud Platform: AWS or Google Cloud
• Reporting Tool: Redash , Metabase , Superset

Data engineering and architecture skills: Data modeling, integration, databases (relational and NoSQL), data warehousing, big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages (Python, Java, SQL), data quality/governance, security/compliance, distributed systems, problem-solving, communication, continuous learning.
