Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate source code delivered by external vendors (e.g., Value Coders) to ensure adherence to organizational coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor teams to identify, report, and resolve code quality or functionality issues.
- Support setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AWS cloud infrastructure for organizational applications.
- Take ownership of assigned technical tasks, including application enhancements, bug fixes, and integrations.
- Document technical processes, deployment steps, and improvement recommendations.
- Proactively learn and apply modern development practices, including Generative AI tools and frameworks, where relevant.
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with code review tools and version control systems (Git/GitHub).

- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda preferred).
- Familiarity with web application development frameworks and APIs.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Exposure to Generative AI technologies (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
