Sales HRBP - FMCG

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales HRBP to support the sales team across hiring, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement and HR analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for frontline sales roles such as TSI, Sales Officers and Executives.
• Manage workforce planning, vacancies, manpower movements and territory staffing.
• Prepare and track HR/sales productivity dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate performance management, PMS, calibration and PIP processes.
• Support onboarding, induction, training and capability-building initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and retention through stay interviews, surveys and exit analysis.
• Support sales incentives and rewards, ensuring accurate payouts.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
• Partner with Sales Managers on people-related challenges, analytics and action plans.

Candidate Profile:

• MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
• 7-10 years of HRBP experience supporting Sales teams.
• Experience in FMCG, Beverage, Consumer Durables, Retail or similar industries preferred.
• Experience handling geographically distributed/frontline sales teams.
• Strong exposure to sales hiring, PMS, employee engagement, workforce planning and HR analytics.
• Good knowledge of Excel, HRMS and reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who understands the sales business, can work closely with sales leaders, and can independently manage both people processes and day-to-day HRBP requirements.
