Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional for a full-time position located in Guntur. The candidate will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR information systems.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment, handling the end-to-end hiring process (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong skills in employee relations, capable of addressing and resolving employee issues (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in performance management, including setting objectives and conducting reviews (Mandatory skill)
  • In-depth understanding of HR policies, ensuring adherence and compliance
  • Proficient in training and development, identifying and implementing employee training programs
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills, able to mediate and resolve workplace disputes
  • Knowledge of labor law compliance to ensure the company adheres to all legal standards
  • Experience with HRIS management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances and facilitating communication between staff and management
  • Implement and oversee performance management programs, ensuring regular evaluations and feedback
  • Develop and enforce HR policies in line with company objectives and legal requirements
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
  • Resolve conflicts through effective mediation and negotiation tactics
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations to protect the company and its employees
  • Maintain and update HRIS to keep track of employee records and HR metrics
