Role Description

We are seeking a Key Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Dehradun. The Key Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, monitor account performance, and identify new opportunities to enhance service satisfaction and business growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, analyzing client needs, preparing performance reports, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
