Role Description

We are seeking a Key Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Dehradun. The Key Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, monitor account performance, and identify new opportunities to enhance service satisfaction and business growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, analyzing client needs, preparing performance reports, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Proficiency in client relationship management, customer service, and strategic account handling
• Strong skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and the ability to drive customer success
• Experience with sales strategies, business development, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Adaptability, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data analysis is preferred
