Role Overview-

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets, BFSI, and Fintech Platforms. The Technical Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring delivery of scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders (business, product, operations, compliance, technology) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create functional specifications, BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), and user stories for development teams.
• Map end-to-end processes across capital markets, trading, investment, mutual funds, wealth management, or fintech platforms.
• 
  Collaborate with technology teams to design API-based, modular, and scalable architecture for new solutions.
• Conduct impact analysis for new regulatory guidelines and industry changes.
• Support platform enhancement initiatives onboarding of fintech partners, digital transformation, and trading/wealth platforms.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), coordinate with QA teams, and validate business outcomes before production release.
• Analyze business MIS, data trends, client behavior, and system usage to recommend platform/product enhancements.
• Ensure process compliance, data integrity, and alignment with regulatory requirements (SEBI, RBI, AMFI, Exchanges).
• Engage in vendor evaluation and coordination for third-party solutions in trading, mutual funds, payments, and wealth-tech.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets (Equity, Derivatives, Debt, MF, PMS, Algo/Trading systems) and BFSI domain.
• Experience in Fintech platforms, trading systems, mutual fund order routing, back-office/RMS systems.
• Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, business analysis tools, BRD/FSD preparation, user journeys, and wireframing.

• Exposure to digital platforms, APIs, integrations, and data flow across financial systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certification(s): NISM (Mutual Fund/Equity Derivatives), Agile BA certifications preferred.
• 58 years of experience in Business Analysis within Capital Markets / BFSI / Fintech.
• Experience working in hybrid business-technology roles.
