Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive Parent acquisition, and support admission objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage and coordinate marketing activities across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with play schools, agencies, stakeholders & organisation to align marketing strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  
• Supervision of marketing professionals and external vendors.

• Analytical Skills:The ability to analyze data and market trends
• Organizational Skills:Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Digital Marketing Skills:Proficiency in digital marketing channels and strategies
• Certifications:
• Certifications in areas like digital marketing or project management
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Graphic design or branding experience.
• Proficiency in CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
