Regulatory Compliance Manager

What role you will play in team: Oversee regulatory compliance matters for Binance’s operations in India, working closely with legal and business teams to ensure full regulatory adherence.

What you will do: Develop and implement compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, and manage regulatory reporting obligations.

Key responsibility:

• Developing and implementing compliance programs aligned with Indian regulatory requirements.
• Conducting thorough risk assessments and identifying potential compliance gaps.
• Managing regulatory reporting obligations.
• Staying informed about changes in Indian regulatory landscape.
• 
  Collaborating with legal and business teams to resolve compliance issues.
• Developing and delivering compliance training to staff.
• Maintaining detailed records of compliance activities and findings.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of Indian regulatory framework related to cryptocurrency and fintech.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
