As a Solution Analyst, you will bridge business needs with technology, leveraging IoT, AI, and analytics expertise to design solutions that deliver measurable value. You will collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to engage clients, capture requirements, and translate them into tailored solutions, proposals, and proof-of-concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges, capture requirements, and define scope of work.
• Deliver solution presentations, demos, and workshops that showcase value and differentiation.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Solution Design & Documentation
• Develop customized proposals, RFP responses, solution blueprints, and scope of work documents.
• Create impactful presentations and technical documentation aligned with client needs.
• PoC & Solution Validation
• Design and configure proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate real-world applicability.

• Collaborate with clients and teams to refine PoCs, address technical queries, and support solution evaluation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, IoT, Telematics and solutions in Fleet, Logistics, Safety Management, Data Lifecycle, and Automation.
• Experience across industries such as Transport & Logistics, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Mining, Real Estate, Insurance, Travel, Education, Public Sector, and Enterprises.
• Excellent communication, requirement analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with willingness to travel for client engagements.
