Product Manager - Loan Management Platform

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field.
• Professional certifications in product management or fintech preferred.

Experience:

• 6 to 9 years of progressive experience in product management within NBFCs or BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for loan products (Retail/SME/Corporate).
• Drive product strategy, roadmap, and enhancements for LOS/LMS platforms.
• Collaborate with business, credit, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer feedback analysis to refine product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal audit standards, and NBFC regulatory frameworks.
• Define product KPIs, track performance, and implement improvements for efficiency and customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, automation, and process optimization in loan management systems.
