Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of organization recruiting plans and objectives.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline appropriate to hiring needs by utilizing multiple sourcing channels.
• Actively source candidates to meet both current and future recruitment needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring team.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
