About the Job

Talent Acquisition (Emiratization Focus):

• Manage the full recruitment cycle with a focus on attracting and hiring Emirati talent.

• Utilize job boards, social media, networking and referrals to build a strong Emirati candidate pipeline.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with Emiratization goals.

• Provide updates on hiring progress, pipelines and market insights.

Candidate Experience:

• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for Emirati candidates throughout the process.

• Coordinate interviews, assessments and act as the main point of contact.

Employer Branding & Outreach:

• Promote the company's brand to Emirati talent through career fairs, events and university engagements.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Track key recruitment metrics, focusing on Emiratization targets.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and Emiratization requirements.

Work Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar role

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field

• Strong recruitment and sourcing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of hiring best practices, interview techniques and employer branding strategies.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, resolve hiring challenges and ensure positive candidate experiences.
