Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Communications Manager to join our Marketing team at BioBrain. In this role, you will lead all visual communication efforts, ensuring our brands story is told compellingly through high-impact visuals. You will also mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. This position reports to the Head of Marketing and is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on designer with a passion for design in the tech and market research space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all visual communication initiatives for marketing, including the creation of graphics, infographics, data visualizations, social media assets, email campaigns, website elements, and promotional materials that align with BioBrains brand identity and AI-driven insights focus.
• Develop and maintain visual style guides to ensure consistency across all marketing channels, adapting to evolving trends in market research and technology.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, product teams, and sales, to translate complex data and research concepts into engaging, accessible visuals.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback, training on design tools and best practices, and supporting their professional growth.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, including timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships for outsourced work.
• Conduct visual audits and A/B testing to optimize marketing materials for user engagement and conversion.
• Stay abreast of industry trends in visual design, AI tools for creativity, and market research visualization techniques to innovate our communication strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in visual design or communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of leading visual projects in a marketing or tech environment, preferably in market research, SaaS, or AI-related industries.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative visual storytelling, branding, and the ability to simplify complex information (e.g., AI insights or market data).
