Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
2. Business Partnering: Collaborate with key stakeholders across business functions to provide financial insights and recommendations.
3. Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis on financial performance against budget/forecast and provide actionable insights.
4. Financial Modeling:
   
   Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
5. Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
6. Cost Management: Analyze costs, profitability, and business performance to optimize financial outcomes.
7. Scenario Analysis: Evaluate various business scenarios and their financial impact, providing data-driven recommendations.
8. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior executives, finance teams, and other departments to drive financial strategies.
9. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance FP&A processes and financial reporting frameworks.
10. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and external regulations

1. Experience 7+ Years
2. Qualification Chartered Accountant / MBA.
3. Should be able to manage a team of 3-5
4. Hands on experience with SAP will be an added advantage
5. Ability to understand and effectively apply technical accounting guidance for Revenue and Capex accounting
6. Excellent analytical skills

8. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
9. Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Oral) and Networking skills
10. Flexibility & open mind to look at dynamic and ever-changing business environment and needs
