Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Executive based in Ranchi. The SEO Executive will be responsible for performing keyword research, optimizing website content and structure, and implementing on-page SEO best practices across client and internal projects. The role includes planning and executing link-building campaigns, conducting regular SEO audits, and tracking performance using analytics and SEO tools. The SEO Executive will collaborate with the digital marketing and design teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing efforts, including social media marketing. The person in this position will also stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to continuously improve rankings and organic traffic.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research and develop data-driven SEO strategies.
• Strong skills in On-Page SEO, including meta tags, content optimization, site structure, and technical checks.
• Experience with Link Building, outreach, and managing high-quality backlinks.
• Familiarity with Social Media Marketing and integrating SEO efforts with social channels.
• Proficiency in conducting SEO Audits and using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
• Good analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in SEO or digital marketing roles is preferred.
