Life Insurance Company is hiring for Trainer urgently
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and on-field training for sales teams across assigned locations.
- Deliver product, process, sales, and behavioral training for Life Insurance.
- Support new joiner induction and ongoing capability development.
- Ensure improvement in sales productivity and performance through effective training.
- Coordinate with business and sales leaders to address training needs.
- Travel regularly to branches and markets as per training calendar.
Candidate Profile:
1st Preference:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Life Insurance training
