Founders Office Associate - Recruitment

Were looking for a smart, driven Founders Office Associate who can help us scale our team across both full-time and project-based roles. Youll work closely with the founders and play a key role in hiring for internal teams as well as freelancer/contractual roles for LLM training projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and hire candidates across full-time and freelance/contract roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer rollout
• Create clear, compelling, and role-specific job descriptions
• Build pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and unconventional channels
• Hire for LLM training projects (annotators, domain experts, freelancers, etc.) at scale
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand evolving hiring needs
• Manage candidate onboarding for both full-time employees and freelancers
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout
• Maintain hiring trackers and basic recruitment metrics

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience (internships count)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to assess candidates for both skill and culture fit
• High ownership and speed of execution
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with basic AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for sourcing, screening, and JD creation
