Job Description
Location: Remote
Experience: 4–7 years
Contract: 4 months (40 hours/week)
Compensation: ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 CTC
We are seeking experienced software developers with strong production experience and the ability to design and scale distributed systems. This role focuses on building real-world systems, not prototypes or coursework.
Key Requirements:
- Deep expertise in Go, Rust, C, or C++
- Experience with microservices or event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, gRPC)
- Hands-on deployment using AWS or GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into product features
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
- Proven impact through measurable outcomes
- Ability to review code and build the same from scratch
