:

• Having knowledge of legal fintech industry/US litigation
• Have drafted complaint, Judgement Packages, Notice of Entry, Demand letter, Direction Letter, Affidavit of Service, UCC hold letters.
• Have done communication with inhouse and outside legal counsel
• Should be aware of UCC laws, RSA, ERTC and term loan, etc.
• Should have prior experience of 7+ years,
• Drafting and reviewing data processing agreements, updating policies and processes, and assisting in overall implementation of the organizations data privacy framework.
• Liaising with international consultants/ advisors to advise the organization on global data protection laws and its requirements.
• Assist the organization by keeping abreast of new legislation and regulatory developments that may impact the business.
